Manus is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 30 years experience. He has a broad knowledge of all aspects of Capital allowances and throughout his career has specialised in commercial sectors ranging from recycling facilities, hotels, bars and restaurants to distribution centres, offices and retail outlets. Within each sector Manus has successfully maximised tax relief for Clients whether on existing, refurbishment or new build projects.

Barry is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years experience. He has specialised in the preparation, management and negotiation of capital allowance claims both in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland where he heads up our Dundalk office. In addition to keeping our Clients updated on all current developments in European property tax, Barry is responsible for our internal technical programmes and quality assurance.

Michael is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 30 years experience. With a wealth of experience in all sectors of the property market, his construction expertise has allowed him to specialise in all types of capital allowance claims, but particularly on retail and nursing home portfolios, and more recently on land remediation tax relief and enhanced capital allowances . Additional responsibilities include the management of our Newry office.

Peter our IT Director and brings specialised expertise in capital allowance analysis and cost-segregation methodologies. He has extensive experience in identifying qualifying plant and machinery, integral features and other eligible assets within commercial properties, delivering detailed technical assessments that maximise tax relief and enhance clients’ overall tax efficiency. Peter’s background in compliance and technology strengthens our team by ensuring robust processes, accurate data evaluation and efficient delivery of capital allowance claims across a wide range of sectors.
